Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method options and their prices.
How do I return a product?

What is your return/exchange policy?
  Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the merchandise pursuant to our refund and exchange guidelines:

Shoe Inn Fusion and Stay products have a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of original purchase of the product. If a Shoe Inn Fusion or Stay should stop working within the first 30 days of use, the first option is to attempt to fix the dispenser, in which case we will ship the replacement part(s) to the customer or have the dispenser returned to us for repair, at our discretion. Either way, we will cover the associated shipping expenses. If the dispenser cannot readily be repaired, we will replace it at no charge and will also cover the return and replacement shipping. For the remainder of the warranty period, the first option is to attempt to fix the dispenser, in which case we will ship the replacement part(s) to the customer at our expense or have the dispenser returned to us for repair at the customer's expense. If the dispenser cannot readily be repaired, we will replace it at no charge and will also cover the return shipping, while the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the replacement product. Defective items may be returned for refund or exchange within one year after purchase.

You may return or exchange the Shoe Inn product within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. If a returned item is still in its original packaging and in sellable condition, we will refund the entire purchase price, less shipping. We pay the return shipping charges if the return or exchange is a result of our error. If not, the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returned or exchanged items. For your protection, we suggest customers use shippers such as FedEx or UPS with online package tracking systems.

Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to process and post credits.

Please note that due to the complexity and expense of international shipments, we will not accept any returns/exchanges at our expense.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual product page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped.
